【Abstract】 Use,resource and preparation method of sorbitol are introduced,the catalysts applied in the preparation sorbitol through catalytic hydrogenation glocuse were described.And the catalysts to convert sorbitol into hydrogen,polyols and alkanes were introduced.It is of great importance to start the research on the preparation of sorbitol and its conversion into polyols and hydrogen and alkanes from starch,sucrose,and glucose which comes from the living materials.更多还原
