山梨醇制备及转化催化剂研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了山梨醇的用途、来源和制备方法,叙述了由葡萄糖催化还原制备山梨醇和山梨醇转化制多元醇、氢气、高碳烷烃的催化剂及研究现状。认为深入开展以生物质转化而来的淀粉、蔗糖或葡萄糖制备山梨醇并转化制多元醇、氢气和高碳烷烃的研究具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Use,resource and preparation method of sorbitol are introduced,the catalysts applied in the preparation sorbitol through catalytic hydrogenation glocuse were described.And the catalysts to convert sorbitol into hydrogen,polyols and alkanes were introduced.It is of great importance to start the research on the preparation of sorbitol and its conversion into polyols and hydrogen and alkanes from starch,sucrose,and glucose which comes from the living materials.
