复合乳化剂对提高乳化炸药稳定性的初步研究

【摘要】 将单一乳化剂按一定比例配制复合乳化剂,利用复合乳化剂制得乳化炸药。通过高低温循环试验与爆速测试相结合的方法,对不同类型复合乳化剂的乳化炸药进行了稳定性的研究。根据结果,优选出制药贮存稳定性最好的乳化剂品种,同时也表明复合乳化剂对于提高乳化炸药稳定性的作用明显优于单一乳化剂。

【Abstract】 In the paper,the compounded emulsifying agent was obtained according to a certain ratio between single emulsifying agents,and the emulsion explosives were prepared using compounded emulsifying agents.Adopting high low temperature test and detonation velocity measurement,the storage stability of emulsion explosives with different type compounded emulsifying agent was studied.Based on the test result,compounded emulsifying agent with excellent storage stability has been selected.At the same time,the experiment also show that the effect of compounded emulsifying agent on improving the storage stability of emulsion explosive is better than that of single emulsifying agent.
