哈密膨润土综合开发应用研究
Development and application of bentonite from HaMi
【摘要】 采用六偏磷酸钠对新疆哈密膨润土进行提纯精制,在每100 g膨润土中加入1.5 g六偏磷酸钠时可得到较高纯度的膨润土,其离子交换容量(CEC)达到125.4 mmol/100 g。利用有机季铵盐对膨润土插层制备有机膨润土,并对其在涂料中的应用进行研究,结果表明其各项指标达到要求。以提纯土为原料,改变酸的加入量,制备出较高脱色率的活性白土,并研究其在食用油脱色中的应用。由活性白土进一步制备出水玻璃、白炭黑产品,并利用SEM表征,可观察到白炭黑颗粒分布均匀、外形规则。
【Abstract】 Xinjiang Hami bentonite was purified by sodium hexametaphosphate.When the ratio between bentonite and sodium hexametaphosphate was 1.5∶100,bentonite with high purity was obtained and its CEC(cation exchange capacity) achieved at 125.4mmol/100g.The organic quaternary ammonium salt was used to intercalate into bentonite and prepared the organobentonite.And it was applied to the coating application.It was shown that its properties accorded with the standard.Using the bentonite as raw material,high quality activated-clay product was obtained with changing acid amount.Its application in decolorizing cooking oil was studied.The water glass and the silica aerogel product were further prepared by the activated-clay.SEM analysis shown that the structure of the silica aerogel was even and its configuration was regular.
