酸性料浆法浓缩生产磷铵新工艺
New process of producing ammonium dihydrogenphosphate with acidic slurry thichening method
【摘要】 研究的酸性料浆浓缩制取磷铵比中和料浆浓缩有更多的优点,它可以使料浆浓缩的终点质量分数从含25%水降至含6%~10%水。从水平衡来说,该工艺可以取消干燥工序,直接造粒使产品水分降至2%以下。本文对相关物性数据进行了系统的测定,并对该工艺的工业化流程设计进行了描述。
【Abstract】 Compared the method of acidic slurry thickening with the method of neutral slurry thickening,the former had more advantages.The percentage of water in the product decreased to 6%~10% from 25%.In the view of water balance,the drying procedure could be cancelled,the percentage of water of product could decreased to under 2% by direct granulation.The relative physical properties data were determined systematically,and the design of industrialization circuit of the process was described.
