等离子体处理丙纶纤维上染率的研究
Study Dyeing Rate of Polypropylene Fiber by Plasma Treatment
【摘要】 通过进性等离子体处理及等离子体引发丙烯酸接枝处理丙纶纤维研究。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电镜(SEM),紫外分光光度计测试处理前后的样品。结果表明,等离子体引发丙烯酸接枝处理可明显提高丙纶纤维的上染率。
【Abstract】 Progressing plasma treatment and grafting acrylic acid(AA) by plasma solicitation were studied.The samples were determined through treated using Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectra(FTIR),Scanning Electronic Microscope(SEM),and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectra(UV spectrometer) detection.The results showed that plasma treatment and grafting acrylic acid(AA) by plasma solicitation,could obviously raise dyeing rate of Polypropylene fiber.
