双波长紫外光谱法测定苯—丙—硅聚合物固相微萃取涂层中苯乙烯含量
Determination of the Phenylethylene in Solid Phase Microextraction New Coating by Double Wave Length Spectrophotometric Method
【摘要】 采用双波长紫外光谱法,测定苯乙烯—丙烯酸丁酯—乙烯基三乙氧基硅氧烷三元聚合物(自制固相微萃取涂层)中苯乙烯的含量。采用双波长紫外光谱法测得样品在252.1 nm处吸光度与242.2 nm处的吸光度之差(ΔA)对苯乙烯浓度(C)绘制外标曲线,外标曲线方程为ΔA=0.185 1C-0.074 2,相关系数R2=0.998 4此方法的相对标准偏差为0.62%,回收率为97.0%~104%。
【Abstract】 The content of phenylethylene in thetripplymer of Phenylethylene-Butyl acrylatean-vinyl Triethoxy siloxane terpolymer was determined,which was used as Solid Phase Microextraction Coating.The linear(relationship between) the contents(C) of the standard samples and absorptance differences (ΔA) of(252.2 nm) and(242.2 nm) was(ΔA=0.185 1C-)(0.074 2),correlation efficient(R~2) was(0.998 4).The relative standard deviation was 0.62% and recoveries were 97.0%~104%.
