Fenton氧化—镁盐沉淀法处理草甘膦废水

【摘要】 采用Fenton氧化—镁盐沉淀法处理草甘膦废水,同时得到CaCl2产品。研究了H2O2和Fe2+的加入量对Fenton氧化阶段处理效果的影响及Mg2+的加入量、沉淀终点pH和沉降时间等因素对镁盐沉淀阶段处理效果的影响。确定了Fenton氧化—镁盐沉淀法的最佳操作条件:常温常压下,用CaCO3调节废水pH约为4.0,H2O2加入量(质量分数,下同)为3%,Fe2+加入量为6%,反应时间为2h;Mg2+加入量为5%,加入石灰乳调节体系pH为11.0,静置沉降120min后分离,用HCl调节上层清液pH为7.0,浓缩,260℃下烘干得CaCl2产品。在此条件下,草甘膦废水的COD去除率达75.8%,CaCl2产率为48.5%。

【Abstract】 The glyphosate wastewater was treated by Fenton reagent oxidation-magnesium salt precipitation process and CaCl2 product was obtained simultaneously.The effects of the dosages of H2O2 and Fe2+ on Fenton reagent oxidation and these of Mg2+ dosage,final pH and settling time on magnesium salt precipitation were researched.Under normal temperature and pressure,the pH of the wastewater is adjusted to about 4.0 with CaCO3,the dosages of H2O2 and Fe2+ are 3%,6%(mass fraction,similarly hereinafter) respectively,and the reaction time is 2 h;The dosage of Mg2+ is 5%,the pH is adjusted to 11.0 with lime cream;After settling for 120 min,the precipitate is separated and the supernatant pH is adjusted to about 7.0 with HCl solution,and CaCl2 product is obtained by concentration and drying at 260 ℃.The COD removal rate of glyphosate wastewater is 75.8% and the yield of CaCl2 product with high purity is 48.5%.
