电镀污泥处理技术的研究进展
Research Advances of Treatment Technologies for Electroplating Sludge
【摘要】 电镀污泥中含有大量的铬、镉、镍、锌等重金属,是一种典型的危险废物。综述了近年来国内外对电镀污泥处理技术的研究进展,包括固化/稳定化技术、热化学处理技术、有价金属回收技术和材料化技术等。对主要处理技术的应用前景进行了分析,认为热化学处理技术将成为未来电镀污泥处理领域内的一个重要研究方向。
【Abstract】 Electroplating sludge containing high concentration of heavy metals such as Cr,Cd,Ni and Zn is a typical kind of hazardous wastes.The research advances of treatment technologies for electroplating sludge at home and abroad in recent years are summarized,including solidification/stabilization technology,thermochemical treatment technology,valuable metal recovering technology and recycling technology.The prospects of these technologies are analyzed,and it is considered that thermochemical treatment technology will become one of significant research directions on treatment of electroplating sludge in the future.
