槽压对钠碱脱硫吸收液再生特性影响的研究
Influence of electrolyzer voltage on regeneration characteristics of desulfurization liquor of sodium alkali
【摘要】 采用二室阴膜电解装置对钠碱法吸收烟气中SO2后的富液进行再生,研究了槽压对电流、出口pH值、再生效果、硫酸浓缩倍率、电流效率及电耗的影响。结果表明,在实际运行中需要综合槽压对各种操作参数的影响而对其进行优化,槽压在3.5~4.0 V时,运行效果最佳。该实验为膜电解钠碱法脱硫的应用提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The liquor that absorbed SO2 in flue gas by sodium alkali method was regenerated in device of two cells anion-exchange membrane electrodialysis.The Influence of electrolyzer voltage on electric current,pH value of exit,regeneration effect,concentration ratio of sulfuric acid,current efficiency and electricity consumption was studied.The results showed that,in actual operation,the device should be optimized based on the comprehensive consideration on the influence of electrolyzer voltage on every operation parameters,and the best operation effect was achieved when the electrolyzer voltage was 3.5-4.0.This experiment offered a basis for the application of membrane electrodialysis sodium alkali for desulfurization.
