【Abstract】 Flat management is a kind of model of present management in enterprises.The characteristic of flat menagement is direct,fast and true.Its purpose is to promote the productive efficacy and profit of enterprises with fast speed.In order to change the traditional management model used in higher schools for man years,the model of flat management was introduced in tnto campus.By means of experiments,comparison and analysis,it is aimed to find a new way for student management.更多还原
