单点配置压电层合结构的优化设计
Optimal design of multilayered piezoelectric structure with a single piezoelectric patch
【摘要】 基于压电层合结构的有限元方程,采用ANSYS的二维四结点四边形压电耦合单元,运用ANSYS/APDL语言,编制了力-电多场有限元优化分析程序(MPFEMP);采用子问题逼近优化和一阶优化算法,对压电片粘贴于结构表面和埋置于结构内部的两类智能梁进行了对比分析,得到了压电片位置和尺寸变化情况下的各种边界条件下的结构最大变形值;比较分析得出的一些结论,对多层智能结构的最优设计和最优形状控制具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Based on the finite element formulation of laminated piezoelectric structures,the planar 4-node quadrilateral piezoelectric elements are used to develop the mechanical-electric multi-field finite element program by use of the ANSYS APDL language.The subproblem approximation method and the first order method are adopted to get the optimum results.A three-layered smart beam with a single piezoelectric patch embedded or bonded is modeled under different boundary conditions and the results are compared.The optimum size and location of the piezoelectric patch has been gained for the beam’s largest axial displacement.The results show good agreement with those in literature.The obtained conclusion can be used in optimal designing and shape controlling of smart structures.
