单壁碳纳米管的纯化
PURIFICATION OF SINGLE-WALLED CARBON NANOTUBES
【摘要】 采用硝酸氧化结合高速离心的方法提纯电弧放电法制备的单壁碳纳米管.UV-vis-NIR吸收光谱和Raman光谱研究表明此方法能有效去除碳纳米管粗品中的金属催化剂、无定形碳、碳纳米聚合物及石墨卷曲体等杂质.
【Abstract】 Raw electric-arc-produced single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) were purified by HNO3 oxidation and high centrifugation in this paper.Characterizations of raw and purified SWNTs are performed by UV-vis-NIR and Raman spectroscopy.Figures show that carbonaceous carbon impurities in raw SWNTs,such as catalytic metal particles,amorphous carbon,polyhedral carbon and graphite fragments,have been selectively etched away by this way.
