城市原生污水冷热源圆管紊流换热特性
Research on turbulent pipe flow heat-transfer characteristic of urban wastewater as a cool and heat source
【摘要】 城市原生污水是一种可再生性清洁能源,流动换热特性是其作为冷热源应用的关键性问题.将污水视为均质单项非牛顿幂律流,分析圆管速度、温度分布,为推导污水流动换热准则关联式,定义非牛顿流的特征黏度、特征雷诺数、广义普朗特数,基于紊流边界层三模式结构,得到换热准则关联式,对比理论与实验曲线.以特征雷诺准则、广义普朗特表示的努谢尔特数具有普遍意义,理论与实验曲线吻合.
【Abstract】 Urban wastewater is a reproducible resource,and the flow and heat-transfer characteristic is a key problem.Investigators used the single-fluid model to analyze the velocity and temperature field in the pipe,and defined the characteristic viscosity,general Reynolds rule and general Prandtl rule.Based on the three-mode of turbulent flow,the rule-associated formula about the wastewater flow and heat-exchange in pipe was obtained.The Nu number expressed by Reu and Pr′ had universality,and theory results matched the experiment curve.
