【摘要】 文章以《教育部关于积极发展、规范管理高校科技产业的指导意见》等有关文件精神为指导,针对目前我国部分高校在建立现代企业制度、加强对投资控股公司监管力度过程中存在的问题提出了一些可操作性的建议,尤其是要把经营者的管理创新纳入知识产权范畴管理,经评估作价为资本入股,同时加强控股企业的外脑——专家顾问团队建设,并把专家顾问团队建设提高到高校企业在强化知识经济发展战略的空前高度,以确保学校取得实质性的控股权。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the articles in "The Ministry of Education’s Directive Opinions for Advancing and Managing University High Technology Industry",the paper proposed several feasible suggestions for the university-invested holding companies in terms of the supervision.It is suggested that the manager’s managing innovation,which can become capital stock after evaluation,should be included in the rules of intellectual property right.Furthermore,the development of counselors making up of experts should be highly considered.更多还原
