【摘要】 近几年来,湖北省对外经济技术合作面临着发展滞后、水平不高以及地理分布、业务内容和经营主体过于集中等诸多问题。究其原因在于:体制上的僵化,政府的管理和服务措施不到位,高素质人才的缺乏以及企业的跨国经营资源匮乏、国际竞争力低下。因此,必须采取相应的完善管理职能、培育市场环境、提高人才素质等措施来推动湖北省对外经济技术合作的快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although the development of Hubei Province’s foreign economic and technical cooperation has presented good tendency in recent years,it’s still faced with some problems,such as the development lying behind,low level and over centralization in the foreign economic and technical cooperation.The reasons may lie in the inflexible system,the defective government’s management and service,the lacking of high quality labors and of the international marketing resources and so on.In view of the importance of balanced development of Hubei Province’s foreign economic relations,it is necessary to take corresponding measures to promote the development of Hubei Province’s foreign economic and technical cooperation fast.更多还原
