【Abstract】 The free media,the fair judicature complement one another with the harmonious society,the fair judicature is the key and the core of the harmonious society,promoting society’s harmony,constructing the harmonious society,must accomplish the fair judicature,in order to realize the judicature’s effective function on addressing contradiction and the dispute,maintaining social stability.However,the fair judicature cannot be formed by itself,it needs a series of conditions,the free media has important valuable function on the realization of the fair judicature.Generally,the free media and the fair judicature are harmonious,but in the certain situation,they possibly have the conflict,this kind of conflict is departing from the harmonious society.更多还原
