【摘要】 采用分光光度法,以槲皮素为对照品经AlCl3-NaAc显色测定总黄酮含量,以齐墩果酸为对照品经香草醛-高氯酸显色测定总皂苷含量.分析结果表明,原药材中总黄酮和总皂苷的含量分别为17.79和40.86 mg/g,线性范围分别为30.6～112.2μg(r=0.999 7)和20～60μg(r=0.999 7),平均回收率分别为97.7%(RSD=2.4%,n=5)和98.7%(RSD=0.98%,n=5).该法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,也可用于阿尔泰狗哇花总黄酮和总皂苷产品的含量测定.更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine the total flavonoids and triterpenoidal saponins in Heteropappus altaicus(Willd.) Novopokr.by UV-Vis.Quercetin and oleanolic acid were used as the reference compounds respectively.The calibrations for total flavnoids and triterpenoidal saponins showed good linearity over the ranges of 30.6～112.2 μg(r=0.999 7) and 20～60 μg(r=0.999 7),respectively.The recoveries were 97.7 %(RSD=2.4 %,n=5) for total flavnoids and 98.7 %(RSD=0.98 %,n=5) for triterpenoidal saponins.The methods were practical,rapid,accurate,and sensitive.We got satisfactory results when determined flavnoids and triterpenoidal saponins in Heteropappus altaicus(Willd.)
