【Abstract】 Based on the mechanism of sampling of control chart,this paper systematically analyzes 1.5σ drift question in Six Sigma technology.According to the dynamic feature of process,improved process capability index,dynamic C_pk is proposed,which describes accurately dynamic process capability.Then,with regard to the control step of Six Sigma deployment,quality control technology monitoring high σ process or close to zero defect process is proposed.更多还原
