【Abstract】 The paper introduces the normal conversion of the file formats between DICOM and BMP files under Windows platform based on the introduction of the DICOM and BMP file formats.Considering the undesirable display result after the conversion,the paper puts forward another new way of conversion by using histogram equalization.Making use of the new method,a clearer and more direct-viewing image can be observed.更多还原
