铁基纳米晶玻璃包裹丝的直径对巨磁阻抗效应的影响
Influence of Metallic Core Diameter on Giant Magnetoimpedance Effect for Fe-based Nanocrystalline Microwires
【摘要】 采用高频感应加热熔融拉引法制备Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9玻璃包裹合金非晶丝,其中金属芯的直径为16~50μm,经570℃退火处理得到具有最佳软磁性能的玻璃包裹纳米晶丝.研究其巨磁阻抗效应,发现随金属芯直径的增大,丝的磁阻抗变化先增大后减小,在30μm时具有最大磁阻抗变化为251%.
【Abstract】 Amorphous Fe73.5 Cu1 Nb3Si13.5 B9,microwires were prepared by glass-coated melt spinning technique.Nanocrystalline samples were obtained by annealing the amorphous wires at 570℃.The diameter of the microwires varied between 16~50μm.The relationship between giant magnetoimpedance effect and the metallic core diameter was investigated.The results showed that the GMI ratios first increase then decrease with the increase of metallic core diame- ter.The highest magnetoimpedance ratio of 251% is obtained in the nanocrystalline microwire with 30μm in diameter.
