【摘要】 组织管理模式历来是管理理论研究的核心问题,而组织创新模式的研究在其中占据非常重要的地位。文章通过对国内外组织创新概念的梳理,结合系统思考的理念重新定义了组织创新,然后基于目前创新模式的研究提出了集成化创新模式的概念,接着设计了与之匹配的“拟人化组织”并分析了其运行机理,最后构建了集成创新模式的实现机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study on the organizational innovation model occupies a position of no small importance in the management model research,which has always been the key in the management theory.The concept of organizational innovation is redefined associating with the systems thinking in the beginning of this paper,which is sorted out from the overseas to the domestic.Then the concept of integrated innovation model is put forward on the basis of the researches on the innovation model at present.In addition,personified organization is designed to fit the integrated innovation model,whose operating mechanism is referred soon afterward.The achievement principle of the integrated innovation model is analyzed finally.更多还原
