亚波长光栅的零级反射特性研究
Study on the zero order reflection efficiency of subwavelength grating
【摘要】 从严格耦合波衍射理论出发,在不同入射角、方位角和光栅参数下的情况,计算了矩形亚波长光栅零级反射效率随入射光波长的变化.通过计算结果,找出相对合理的光栅参数,使得当入射光的入射角或方位角发生变化时,光栅反射出不同波段的光,即反射出不同颜色的光.这些研究可应用于防伪技术,为设计和制作防伪光栅提供了设计依据.
【Abstract】 Based on the rigorous coupled wave theory,the phenomenon that the zero order reflection efficiency of rectangular subwavelength grating varies with the wavelength is studied when incidence angle,azimuth and grating parameters are variant.The relatively rational parameters of grating are chosen according to the calculated results to make that when incidence angle or azimuth is varied,the light of different wave band will be reflected.The result can be used as the basis for design and manufacturing of anti-counterfeiting grating.
