活性炭负载磷钨酸催化合成氯乙酸乙二醇双酯
Synthesis of 1,2-ethanediol Bischloroacetate by Activated Carbon Supported Phosphotungstic Acid
【摘要】 以氯乙酸、乙二醇为原料,活性炭负载磷钨酸为催化剂合成了氯乙酸乙二醇双酯,并根据酸醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间及带水剂苯加入量等条件对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。测定了产物的熔点,用IR对产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,活性炭负载磷钨酸是合成氯乙酸乙二醇双酯的良好催化剂,且可重复利用多次。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of 1,2-ethanediol bischloroacetate catalyzed by activated carbon supported phosphotungstic acid was studied.The reaction conditions were explored and optimized.Experimental results showed that activated carbon supported phosphotungstic acid was a high active catalyst for the synthesis of 1,2-ethanediol bischloroacetate,and could be reused for several times.
