【摘要】 火电厂中进行水汽试验,均以国标《锅炉用水和冷却水分析方法》为主要依据。就其中所述方法中对允许差含义,表示方法及贯彻执行各项试验方法标准中的允许差问题进行讨论分析。指出为确保电厂机组的安全经济运行,加强电厂水汽试验质量控制,规范标准中对允许差规定的必要性与迫切性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Precision and accuracy are the basic criteria to assess the quality of chemical and physical tests,and the allowed tolerance is a frequent index to express precision.The water-steam tests in fossil-fired power plants are based on the national standard: Analytic methods for boiler water and cooling water.The definition of allowed tolerance in the above standard,its expression method,and problems in implementation of the test methods are discussed.It is pointed out that to ensure safe and economic operation of units,it is necessary and urgent to strengthen quality control for water-steam tests and standardize regulations on allowed tolerance.更多还原
