【摘要】 目的:观察佳林豪(重组人促红细胞生成素rHuEPO)治疗肾性贫血的疗效及不良反应。方法:39例肾性贫血患者皮下注射佳林豪,疗程12周,采用自身对照法观察临床治疗后情况。结果:显效25例,有效12例,总有效率为94.87%,不良反应有血压升高、注射部位疼痛,非透析治疗患者用药期间未见明显肾功能恶化。结论:佳林豪冶疗肾性贫血安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects and side effects of Jialinhao-recombinant human erythropoietin(rHuEPO) on patients with anemia in chronic renal failure(CRF).Method: 39 patients with anemia in CRF had been given Jialinhao by subcutaneous injection for 12 weeks,the clinical effects were observed by own control method.Result: Excellence cases amounted 25,efficacy cases 12,and the overall efficacy rate was 94.87 %;The side effects included hypertension,pain in injection site.No degradation in renal function was found in non-dialysis patients during the medication.Conclusion: JIALINHAO could improve anemia in CRF safely and effectively.更多还原
