【摘要】 目的:探讨羊膜移植在治疗眼烧伤患者的临床疗效。方法:采用新鲜羊膜治疗眼烧伤患者31例,术后随访3~18月。结果:24例眼表基本稳定,视力不同程度提高;1例羊膜全部溶解,1例羊膜部分溶解,3例条状睑球粘连,眼球活动尚好,3例假性胬肉2例眼结膜表层重建,但角膜混浊、中央逐渐变薄,转院行角膜板层移植和角膜移植。结论:用羊膜修复眼结膜和角膜创面,可以达到重建眼表的目的,而且羊膜取材方便,在治疗上有明显优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of ocular burns.Method: 31 cases of the ocular burns were treated with the fresh amniotic membrane transplantation and followed up for 3～18 months.Result: 24 cases achieved ocular surface stability and the improvement of visual acuity.The amniotic membrane totally dissolved in 1 case and partly dissolved in another.Funicular symblepharon occurred in three cases,but without the restriction of the eye movements.3 cases pterygium Conjunctival surface reconstruction was achieved in two cases.But for the opacity and the thinning central part of the corneal,they were transferred to the other hospital and were given lamellar keratoplasty and penetrating keratoplasty each.Conclusion: Using the amniotic membrane transplantation to repair the wounded conjunctival and corneal in ocular burns,the ocular surface can be reconstructed.Moreover,the fresh amniotic membrane is easily to get.So it has obvious advantages in the clinical treatment.更多还原
