【摘要】 目的:开放性实验研究,评估百优解分散片在治疗儿童情绪障碍障碍中的疗效及安全性。方法:在广东省汕头中心医院儿科儿童心理保健门诊就诊的儿童,符合国际疾病分类第10版ICD-10特发于童年的情绪障碍诊断标准。其中男性20例,女性11例,年龄(12.20±2.68)岁,病期1个月至2年,平均6.97个月。病人使用百优解分散片进行治疗,从10~20mg/d开始,用药2周后疗效不理想者加量,维持有效剂量3个月,以后酌情减量维持至治疗结束。结果:百优解分散片治疗前CGAS评分49.19±7.11,治疗2个月时为78.32±7.20,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。显效时间大约2周,CGAS评分均有不同程度好转。治疗结束时临床疗效痊愈9例,显效14例,好转7例,共计30例,有效率为96%。不良事件发生率为15%,其中烦躁4例,消化道反应3例,程度均较轻微,在1~2周内消失,无因药物副反应而中断治疗者。结论:综合分析证明,对情绪障碍的儿童和青少年,百优解分散片是一种有效、耐受性好的短期治疗药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In the openness experimental study,appraised the curative effect and the security of Fluoxetin Hydrochloride in treating in the child mood barrierm area.Method: Child receives a medical examination which in pediatrics of the central hospital of Shantou city in Guangdong,conforms to the standard of international nosology 10th edition ICD-10 the childhood mood barrier.Male 20 examples,female 11 examples,the age(12.20±2.68) years old,the sickness stages from 1 month to 2 years,average 6.97months.The patient uses Fluoxetin Hydrochloride to carry on the treatment,starts dosage from 10 ~20mg/d,the curative effect ideal will be increment after using 2 weeks,maintenance dose 3 months,then will drop the dose continue to the treatment over.Result: The grades that before Fluoxetin Hydrochloride treatment CGAS is 49.19±7.11,treats for 2 months is 78.32±7.20,Comparing difference with before treatment and after,is obviouse(P< 0.01).the time about 2 weeks,CGAS grades has the varying degree change better.When treatment conclusion the clinical curative effect convalesces 9 examples,shows results 14examples,changes better 7 examples,the total 30 examples,the effectiveness is 96%.the side effect formation rate is 15%,in which is agitated 4 examples,the digestive tract responded 3 examples,the degree extremely is slight,vanishes in the 1~2 week,there is no one stop treatment as for medicine side reaction.Conclusion: Generalized analysis proof that to the children or the young people mood barrier,Fluoxetin Hydrochloride is effective,the tolerant good short-term treatment medicine.更多还原
