【摘要】 目的:探讨引起血液检验标本误差的原因。方法:日立7060全自动生化分析仪测定自2006年10月至11月对我院三个住院部50名无特殊疾病的病人常规检验项目中的空腹血糖、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)以正常规范取血送检与不规范取血(溶血、血液标本放置时间过长)作对比分析检测。结果:以正常规范取血送检与不规范取血送检差异非常大(P<0.05)。结论:为确保检验结果的准确性和可靠性,应严格按规范取血,拒绝不合规范和要求的标本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the causes of the error caused by blood test specimens.Method: Between October and November in 2006,using HITACHI 7060 the automatic analytic instrument in biochemistry,we tested 50 patients,who were in hospital with nothing special,routine blood test including blood glucose on empty stomachs, ALT,AST,r-GT,by means of contrast analysis test of the conventional and standard taking a sample of blood and the non-standard one(haemolysis,blood specimens laid up too long).Result: The discrepancy between the standard taking of a sample of blood and the non-standard one is extremely obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion: To ensure accuracy and reliability of the test results,we should take a sample of blood according to the standard strictly,and refuse to accept the non-standard samples.更多还原
