【摘要】 目的:观察合方柴胡桂枝汤与桂枝汤、小柴胡汤的解热作用功效。方法:首先复制干酵母大鼠发热模型,给予桂枝汤、小柴胡汤及合方柴胡桂枝汤,然后测量体温,观察各自解热效果。结果:桂枝汤、小柴胡汤、柴胡桂枝汤均有解热作用,且柴胡桂枝汤解热作用优于桂枝汤、小柴胡汤,小柴胡汤与桂枝汤比较无差别。结论:柴胡桂枝汤解热作用优于桂枝汤、小柴胡汤,柴胡桂枝汤合方中方与方间解热作用存在协同作用。。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Study on the antifebrin effect of chaihu Guizhier Solntion.Method: We divided wistar rats into four groups.Yeast was injected subtaneously to establish fever model.Observed the antifebrin effect of Guizhi Solution,Xiaochaihu Solution,Guizhier Chaihu Solution,and confirmed whether the effect of adding together,the coordination or oppressing the anti-relations were existed in those herbs.Result: Guizhi Solution,Xiaochaihu Solution,and Guizhier Chaihu Solution have the antifebrin effect in our study(P<0.05).And Guizhier Chaihu Solution has better effect than the others(P<0.05).There is no difference between Guizhi and Xiaochaihu Solution(P>0.05).Conclusion: The effect of the coordination and oppressing the anti-relations existed in those herbs.更多还原
