【摘要】 目的:观察咪唑斯汀片与雷尼替丁联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:96例患者随机分为两组。治疗组50例,使用咪唑斯汀10mg,1次/d,雷尼替丁150mg,2次/d,设立对照组46例,使用盐酸西替利嗪片10mg,1次/d,雷尼替丁口服同治疗组,均连续服用4周为一疗程。评估疗效,记录不良反应。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为86.00%,67.39%,两组有效率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:咪唑斯汀、雷尼替丁联合治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of mizolastine combined ranitidine on chronic idiopathic urticaria.Method: 96 cases were assigned to treatment group(50 cases) and control group(46 cases).Mizolastine was used for once a day(10 mg).Ranitidine for twice a day in treatment group,while in control group cetirizine hydrochloride tablets was used for once a day(10mg),combined ranitidine for 4 weeks of a conrse.And then observed the side effect of both group.Rusult: The total effective rate was 86.00% and 67.39% respectively.There’s significance difference of effective rate in both group(P<0.05).Conclusion: It’s effective and safe to treat chronic idiopathic urticaria with mizolastine and ranitidine.更多还原
