【摘要】 目的:探讨不同类型肝病患者血清蛋白电泳谱的变化情况,为临床诊断提供必要的参考依据。方法:应用全自动电泳仪,使用醋酸纤维薄膜为载体,对不同类型的肝病患者及正常人血清进行血清蛋白电泳。结果:不同类型肝病患者两组间血清蛋白电泳各蛋白成份差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:血清蛋白电泳图谱的变化,能全面反映肝病时蛋白质的变化,是肝病诊断、预后、疗效观察的良好指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the diagnostic basis by discussing the changes in serum protein electrophoresis in cases of different liver disease types.Method:By using auto electrophoresis apparatus and using cellulose acetate membrane as the carrier,make serum protein electrophoresis tests on the blood serum of the liver disease of different types and normal cases.Result:The albumen contents of liver disease cases of different types are distinctively different(P<0.01).Conclusion:The changes in serum protein electrophoresis can comprehensively present the protein change in liver disease cases and work as perfect index of diagnosis,therapy and observation of liver disease.更多还原
