【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预对首次血液透析直接穿刺病人舒适度的影响。方法:将在本院肾内科住院的156例直接穿刺行首次血液透析病人,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组78例,对照组按血液透析护理常规护理,观察组在此基础上增加认知、情绪和行为等针对性护理干预,比较两组病人透析后的舒适度及透析中并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组透析后的舒适度明显高于对照组,均P<0.01,差异具统计学意义;观察组在透析中发生低血压和心律失常、高血压、胸痛的例数明显少于对照组,P<0.01,差异具统计学意义。结论:护理干预可以提高首次血液透析直接穿刺病人的舒适度,减少透析中的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention to the first time hematodialysis patient of direct perfor on comfortable degree.Method: One hundred and fifty six hematodialysis patients of direct perforantes were divided randomly into the experiment group and the control group with 78 cases in each group.The control group accepted traditional nursing of hematodialysis,the experiment group received additional cognize,emotion and behaviour of nursing intervention.The comfortable degree and complications were compared the two groups.Result: The comfortable degree of experiment group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The complications rate of the experiment group were notably lower than that of the the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Nursing intervention can raise the comfortable degree of first time hematodialysis patient of direct perforantes,reduce the complications of hematodialysis.更多还原
