【摘要】 目的:探讨盆腔炎治疗辅助针对性心理护理效果。方法:本院2004年6月至2006年6月女性盆腔炎患者182例,随机分成科研组和对照组各91例,研究组给予盆腔炎药物治疗同时辅助针对性心理护理,对照组予盆腔炎药物治疗同时辅助一般心理护理,两组患者对盆腔炎的健康教育掌握程度和对护理工作满意程度比较分析。结果:研究组患者对盆腔炎的健康教育掌握程度和对护理工作满意程度效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔炎患者治疗辅助针对性心理护理,增加患者对本病的病因、患病过程、治疗过程认识,患者心理因素对本病影响的重要性,从而降低其焦虑情绪,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discussion the effect upon pelvic inflammatory disease treats auxiliary gives the pointed psychological nursing.Method:This hospital takes 182 examples from January 2005 to July 2006 the feminine pelvic inflammatory disease patient,stochastically divides into the scientific research group 91examples and control group 91 examples,The research group gives at the same time the pelvic inflammatory disease medicine treatment auxiliary to give pointed psychological nursing,the control group gives at the same time the pelvic inflammatory disease medicine treatment auxiliary to give general psychological nursing,carries on the comparative analysis to two group of patient’s treatment effectiveness.Result:The research group patient control the knowledge of medical education and satisfy with the nursing is higher than the control group.Conclusion:The pelvic inflammatory disease patient treats auxiliary gives pointed psychological nursing,increases the patient to the cause of disease,the sick process,the course of treatment,the psychological factor to this sickness influence importance,thus reduces its anxious mood,enhances the treatment effectiveness.更多还原
