【摘要】 目的:总结急性胆囊炎(Acute cholecystitis,AC)行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的治疗体会。方法:对我院2004年10月至2006年10月施行的316例手术进行分析。结果:成功完成LC 287例(90.82%),其中中转开腹29例(9.18%)。手术时间40~135min,平均90min。结论:虽然急性胆囊炎行LC手术变异多,难度大,但只要严格掌握手术适应症、LC手术操作技术,采取LC手术是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Case summary of the treatment experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) used in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Method: Analysis on reviewing 316 cases of our hospital taken Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis during the period between October 2004 and October 2006.Result: Among all the 316 laparoscopic cholecystectomy cases,287 cases succeeded(90.82%),29 cases changed to take laparotomy(9.18%).The operation time needs 40～135 minutes and the average operation time is 90 minutes.Conclusion: Although LC operation is relatively difficult and diverse,it is feasible to take LC operation once you strictly control surgery indication and LC operation technology.更多还原
