【摘要】 目的:提高对肾损伤的诊断和治疗水平。方法:回顾分析68例肾损伤的临床资料及诊治情况。结果:闭合性肾损伤65例(95.6%),开放性损伤3例(4.4%),合并伤14例(20.6%),血尿67例(98.8%)。B超检查46例,阳性率76.3%,CT检查60例,阳性率100%。IVU检查7例,阳性率42.5%。手术治疗19例,占27.9%,保守治疗49例,占72.1%。治愈66例,死亡2例(2.95%)。结论:B超检查便捷无损伤。CT检查准确快速,并可同时了解其他脏器损伤的情况,对治疗有重要帮助。保守治疗是重要的治疗方法。如果损伤严重,应及时手术治疗。更多还原
