【摘要】 目的:观察前列腺E1(PGE1)与丹红注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效观察。方法:将54例DPN患者随机分成两组,对照组丹红注射液30-50m l+生理盐水250m l静脉滴注1次/d;治疗组30例,用PGE1 100μg+生理盐水250m l静脉滴注1次/d,丹红注射液30-50m l+生理盐水250m l静脉滴注1次/d。疗程均为2周。记录患者治疗后主观症状和体征的改变以及肌电图的改变。结果:治疗组临床疗效、神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组,两组间有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺素E1联合丹红注射液是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)安全有效的药物,且联合用药效果优于单一用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study on the therapeutic effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with prostaglandin E1 and Danhong injection.Method: 54 DPN patients were randomly divided into two groups : the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(24 cases).The control group were treated with Danhong injection 30-50ml solved in NS 250ml intravenously one time every day.The treatment group were treated with prostaglandin E1 100μg in NS 250ml intravenously one time every day inaddition.Each course lasted for two weeks.Observe and record the changes of rational symptoms,signs and electromyography.Result: It had a significant difference in both groups between the two groups before and after the treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group had an advantage over the control group in improving rational symptoms,signs and electromyography.Conclusion: Prostaglandin E1 and Danhong injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy had distinct effect compared with Danhong injection only.It was safe and effective.更多还原
