剪切型密炼机转子设计参数的优化
Optimal design of shear rotor for internal mixer
【摘要】 在分析和总结传统转子设计经验的基础上,优化了剪切型密炼机转子的设计数学模型及相应的设计方法,编制了相应的Delph i优化设计程序。实例应用结果表明,该设计程序提高了转子的设计效率,将设计误差控制在了0.01%以内,保证了设计结果的合理性和准确性。
【Abstract】 Based on the summary and analysis of experiences for the rotors design,the mathematical model and corresponding design method of shear rotor were optimized,and a Delphi program for optimal design of shear rotor for internal mixer was edited.The application results showed that the program improved the design efficiency and minimized design allowance to 0.01% as well as ensured the accuracy and reasonableness of the design results.
