铑-钌双金属催化体系氢化丁腈橡胶的性能
Properties of hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber catalyzed by novel Rh-Ru bimetallic system
【摘要】 用新型铑-钌双金属催化剂制备了氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR),分析了产物基本性能,并与国外同类产品进行了对比。结果表明,HNBR的相对分子质量较基础胶有所提高;与德国Bayer公司的Ther-ban A 3406和日本Zeon公司的Zetpol 2000 L相比,其物理机械性能和耐油性能基本相当,在通常的剪切速率范围内的流变性能也相近。
【Abstract】 The hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber(HNBR) catalyzed by novel Rh-Ru bimetallic system was prepared,its general properties were(analyzed) and compared with Therban A 3406 by Bayer corporation and Zetpol 2000 L by Zeon corporation.The results showed that the relative molecular mass of domestic HNBR was a little increase compared to nitrile-butadiene rubber,its mechanical properties were superior to those of Therban A 3406 and Zetpol 2000 L,and their oil resistance and theological properties at 130 ℃ and(140 ℃) in the range of shear rate 0~(100 s-1) were similar.
