废橡胶粉/高密度聚乙烯共混物的界面相容性
Interface compatability between waste rubber powder and high density polyethylene resin
【摘要】 研究了用改性剂和界面相容剂来强化废橡胶粉与高密度聚乙烯之间界面结合的效果。对废橡胶粉/高密度聚乙烯共混物的热力学性能、动态力学性能及微观结构形态等的研究结果表明,界面相容剂和改性剂的加入增强了共混物的界面相容性,提高了共混物的物理机械性能。
【Abstract】 The interface compatability between waste rubber powder(WRP) and high density polyethylene(HDPE) improved by using the compatabilizer and the modifier was studied,the thermal dynamic properties,dynamic mechanical properties and micro-structure morphology of the WRP/HDPE blends were investigated.The results showed that the addition of the modifier and the interface compatabilizer improved the interface compatibility and the mechanical properties of the WRP/HDPE blends.
