【Abstract】 2-Amino-6,7-dimethoxy-quinoline-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester was synthesized by nitration, condensation and reduction from 3,4-dimethoxy-benzaldehyde. The structures were confirmed by UV, 1H NMR, IR and MS.更多还原
