【摘要】 目的观察温阳通脉胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法120例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例予温阳通脉胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次口服;对照组60例予地奥心血康胶囊,每次2粒,每日3次口服。2组均1个月为1个疗程,观察2组临床疗效、不良反应和毒副反应。结果治疗组与对照组改善心绞痛症状的总有效率分别为91.7%和71.7%,减少冠心病心绞痛发作次数的总有效率分别为90%和70%,心电图总有效率分别为75%和56.7%,2组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平板运动试验显示总运动时间、最大代谢当量明显增加,峰运动ST段平均下移明显减轻,2组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胸阳不振证候疗效比较,治疗组与对照组显效率分别为53.3%和15%,总有效率分别为91.7%和71.7%,2组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳通脉胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效明显优于地奥心血康胶囊,两者均未发现明显不良反应和毒副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with stable angina treated by Wenyangtongmai capsule.Methods 120 patients with coronary artery disease with stable angina were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group(n=60) were treated by Wenyangtongmai capsule,4 pills,3 times a day.Patients in control group(n=60) were treated by Diaoxinxue Kang capsule,2 pills,3 times a day.The course was a month in two groups.Results The total effective rate of improving angina symptom in treatment group(91.7%) was higher than that in control group(71.7%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of decreasing frequency of angina pectoris attacks in treatment group(90%) was higher than that in control group(70%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of ECG in treatment group(75%) was superior to that in control group(56.7%,P<0.05).Improvement of flat plate exercise,max metabolic equivalents and hypofunction of YANG QI in chest in treatment group(53.3%,91.7%) were superior to those in control group after treatment(15%,71.7%,P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of Wenyangtongmai capsule was superior to that of Diaoxinxue Kang capsule on the treatment of coronary artery disease with stable angina.更多还原
