【摘要】 目的探讨交通事故性十二指肠损伤的诊断和治疗。方法总结33例交通事故性十二指肠损伤患者的临床资料。结果治愈30例,死亡3例,病死率9.09%;其中,1例死于合并严重肝脾破裂并胰腺损伤、1例死于出血创伤性休克并多器官功能衰竭;1例死于合并广泛脑挫裂伤并脑疝形成。并发症:发生十二指肠瘘3例,腹腔脓肿2例,多器官功能衰竭1例,肠梗阻2例。结论综合考虑病情尽快作出正确的诊断,治疗时应针对不同损伤类型选择不同的外科治疗方案,是提高治愈率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To investigate the diagnoses and treatment of duodenum injuries due to traffic accidents.Methods The clinical data of 33 cases of duodenum injuries caused by traffic accidents were collected.Results 30 cases were cured,3 cases died and the death rate was 9.09%.1 case died of hepatorrhexis and splenic rupture,1 case died of hemorrhagic shock, traumatic shock and MOF .One case died of extensive cerebral trauma and cerebral hernia.
