抽象正义与可感知的正义

【摘要】 正义是人以及人类社会的各种共同体所追求的永恒主题,但在长期的思想探索中,人类并没有获得一种关于正义的普适定义,也许正义本身根本就不需要定义,并且在根本上任何企图用定义的形式来终结知识发展的思路都是对人类思想的损害。这里是关于正义的一组笔谈,笔谈的作者并不当然地认为自己所思考的正义是正义的惟一话语方式,而只是从不同角度对正义的多维思考,或许这种多维化的探索方式恰恰反映了正义本身所具有的多重内涵,但这并不是说正义就完全缺乏共通的东西,在人类社会的发展过程中人们对正义依然会有一个大致相通的期待。这组笔谈是由河北经贸大学"法哲学小组"的成员完成的,他们对于学术的热爱与执著,将他们组合到了一起,并得到学校的大力支持,希望他们能够在法哲学领域做出一定的贡献。笔谈属学术探讨性质,作者所持观点不代表本刊意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Justice has always been the goal for human and every group in human society.But during the long-term spiritual exploration,no general definition for justice has ever been obtained.Or justice itself needs no definition and any attempt to terminate the knowledge improvement with a clear definition is nothing but damage to human ideology.Here are some contemplations on justice.Of course the author does not believe that the comments here are the only way to interpret justice,but rather one of the approaches to observe justice.The multiple approaches to examining justice just reflect the diversified connotations of justice.On the other hand the multiple approaches do not mean that there is no common knowledge concerning justice since during the development of human society there has formed a basically similar expectation for justice.These contemplations are completed by members of Group of Legal Philosophy,who have come together due to the keen interest in learning and who have gained great support from the university.We sincerely hope that the group members can make some contributions in legal philosophy.It should be noted that such contemplations are just for the sake of explorations and so the opinions of the author are not necessarily in agreement with this journal.更多还原
