【摘要】 目的:研究S期激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2)与P27kip1在子宫内膜癌中的表达水平与临床病理特征的关系,探讨其在子宫内膜癌发生、发展过程中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测42例子宫内膜癌组织和12例正常子宫内膜组织中Skp2和P27kip1的表达。结果:42例子宫内膜癌组织中Skp2的阳性表达率为30.95%(13/42),显著高于正常内膜组织0.00%(0/12)(P<0.01);P27kip1的阳性表达率为54.76%(23/42),低于正常内膜组织91.67%(11/12)(P<0.05);统计分析还显示:Skp2和P27kip1的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄无关(P>0.05),且Skp2和P27kip1在子宫内膜癌中的表达存在负相关(rs=-0.38,P<0.01)。结论:Skp2和P27kip1在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中有一定协同作用,对其研究可为子宫内膜癌的基因治疗和预后评估提供有益线索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2(Skp2) and P27kip1 expressions with clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma.Methods: S-P immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect the expressions of Skp2 and P27kip1proteins in tumor tissues of 42 patients with endometrial carcinoma.Results: Skp2 protein positive expression rate in tumor tissues of endometrial carcinoma was 30.95%(13/42),which was higher than that in normal endometrium(0/12);P27kip1protein positive expression rate in tumor tissue of endometrial carcinoma was 54.76%(23/42),which was lower than 91.67% in normal endometrium(11/12);Skp2 and P27kip1 proteins expression correlated remarkably with tumor cell differentiation,FIGO status,lymph node metastasis(P<0.05); But they were not associated with the patients’ age(P>0.05).Expression of Skp2 was negatively correlated with expression of P27kip1(rs=-0.38,P<0.01).Conclusion: Skp2 and P27kip1 play important roles in occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma,which provide a beneficial clue for gene therapy of endometrial carcinoma in selecting suitable target,and have clinical significance for the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
