【Abstract】 Yellow and white scour of newborn piglets are common diseases which influence the development of the pig industry heavily.Seventeen farms in different regions of Hebei province were visited to explore the reasons for the largescale outbreak of these diseases and its countermeasures.A strain of bacteria was isolated from the excretion of yellow and white scour piglets.The morphology,biochemistry and molecular biology experiments were used to identify this bacteria.The result proved that this isolated bacteria was gram-negative,and it would produce acid and gas when cultured in triple sugar iron agar.The homologies of nucleic acids between the LTB gene of the isolated bacteria and M17873 was 100 %.This strain was identified as enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli.更多还原
