【摘要】 介绍了基于飞思卡尔公司16位DSP的发动机电子控制单元开发,完成了数据采集、现场控制和实时监控的系统功能.开发主要包括:传感器信号处理电路、执行器功率驱动电路、电控系统软件设计、发动机电子控制单元(ECU)开发系统上位机通信监控系统.通过测控试验证明了该发动机电子控制单元的实用性和可靠性.

【Abstract】 An engine’s electric control unit(ECU) based on freescale DSP is developed.The system functions as data sampling,on-site controlling and on-line monitoring.The major research works are presented as follows:The overall hardware circuit design scheme of measure and control system has been developed,the software of measure and control system has been programmed,PC monitor system has been programmed using VB6.0 program,supply a good condition for the matching test.Engine data measure and control experiment results show that developing system has practicability and reliability.
