Sr2CeO4/Ln3+(Ln=Er,Ho,Tm)的微波合成与荧光性质
Microwave Synthesis and Photoluminescent Properties of Sr2CeO4/Ln3+(Ln=Er,Ho,Tm)
【摘要】 首次采用微波法合成了Sr2CeO4/Ln3+(Ln=Er,Ho,Tm)荧光体.研究了样品的荧光性质,并观察到Er3+,Ho3+,Tm3+掺杂的Sr2CeO4材料的上转换发光现象.荧光光谱证实,存在基质Sr2CeO4向稀土离子Ln3+的能量传递.
【Abstract】 Sr2CeO4/Ln3+(Ln=Er,Ho,Tm) phosphors are synthesized by microwave radiation method for the first time.The luminescent properties of the samples are investigated and up-conversion luminescence of Er3+,Ho3+ and Tm3+ doped Sr2CeO4 phosphors are observed.The spectra indicates that the energy transfer takes place from the triplet excited state of MLCT(metal-to-ligand charge transfer) state for Sr2CeO4(sensitizer) to the rare earth ions (activator).
