【摘要】 基于DEA模型,对我国各地区的大企业技术创新溢出效率进行测算,得出不同区域的大企业的科技创新溢出作用存在显著的地区差异。其中,东部地区大企业集团的技术溢出效率整体最优,技术与规模效益均有效的地区数目达到2/3;西部地区进步显著,技术与规模效益均有效的地区数目达到半数,说明东西部差距有望缩小;中部地区则表现平平,其非技术有效的地区几乎均为规模效益递增,且接近中部地区总数的半数,说明中部地区在大企业发展方面要加大投入。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the DEA model,this paper analyzes the efficiency of technological innovation overflow of the large enterprises of 31 regions in China,and claims that there are significant regional variations.Efficiency is best in the businesses in eastern regions,2/3 of which have the effective technology and scale efficiency overflow.Significant progress has been made in the businesses in western regions,half of which have technology and scale efficiency.Mediocre effeciency is in the central region.Even in the poor regions the scale efficiency is close to the central region.It shows that the central region should expand input for the development of large enterprises.更多还原
