粉煤灰合成NaA型沸石及其对Pb2+离子的吸附作用
Study about Zeolite NaA Synthetized from Fly Ash and Its Adsorption to Pb2+
【摘要】 以粉煤灰为基本原料,成功合成了NaA型沸石,将合成的NaA型沸石应用于含铅废水的吸附处理中.结果表明:用1.67 mol/L NaOH溶液溶滤粉煤灰后添加2.4 g NaAlO2制备溶胶,在100℃条件下,晶化350min后可以制备出单相的NaA型沸石,NaA沸石对Pb2+离子有快速吸附作用,吸附过程中,溶液的初始pH值、吸附时间和吸附温度等因素对去除率有较大影响.
【Abstract】 Single-phase NaA zeolite is synthesized using fly ash as raw material.The adsorption capacity of the resultant NaA zeolite to the Pb2+ is investigated.The results show that single-phase NaA zeolite could be synthesized when 1.67 mol/L NaOH solution dissolves fly ash and filters,then add 2.4 g NaAlO2 to make sol,under the temperature of 100 ℃,this solution is corresponded 350 min.The single-phase NaA zeolite could fast adsorpt the Pb2+ ions and the parameters such as initial pH of solution,adsorption temperature and adsorption time play a important role in the removel efficiencies of Pb2+ ions.
