压辊式剪板机的设计
Design of a Roller-type Clipper
【摘要】 根据生产需求设计了压辊式剪板机,并设计了光电检测及闭环控制系统对压辊侧向间隙进行自动控制调整系统。介绍了该机的总体结构和工作原理,分析探讨了压辊的直径与轴向宽度、重合量、咬入角、材料等主要参数。该机能够剪切厚2 mm以下的薄钢板,剪切宽度为500~1500 mm。
【Abstract】 According to certain production requirements production,a roller-type clipper is designed.A side gap automatic fixing system is also designed and the main parts introduced in detail.In this paper,the main structure and basic theory is introduced,and some key parameters are discussed and determined,such as the diameter and width of rollers,the superposition,the nip angle,the material and so on.Its range of work is the production of sheet steel thinner than 2 mm,and 500 ~1 500 mm in width.
